Shane Muñoz has been helping parties successfully mediate their disputes since 1987. He is committed to settling your case and determined to succeed.
Shane has a broad and deep understanding of the full range of employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, FLSA and other wage disputes, sexual harassment and other forms of harassment, FMLA, noncompete agreements and other restrictive covenants, breach of contract, employment torts, and other common law claims.
In addition to his Certification as an Expert in Employment Law, Shane is past Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar, a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Certified by The Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator, and Certified as a Mediator by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
